Manager of pharmaceutical retail operation, Cluster Norte
Germay studied Business Administration with an orientation in Computer Science at the National University of Honduras. He has only worked two jobs, the first with a large supermarket chain under the IT department, in which he worked for seven years. He resigned because the job lacked growth opportunities. His second job was at Farmacias del Ahorro, he has had the greatest success of his professional life. In 2009, after having been area manager in Honduras, he proceeded to open operations in El Salvador, where 9 branches were opened and the company grew to have the fourth largest market share in four years (currently its number two). In 2012 he went helped train 25 new managers, 3 new area managers, opened of 16 new branches, all the while increasing sales.
Currently he oversees the operation of México, El Salvador y Nicaragua, and his main task is to develop leaders out of the country managers, replicating the model of the headquarters.
He is an Evangelical Christian, happily married with 3 children and continues to live in Honduras, Central America.
