This is the oldest and largest division. Started in 2001, it includes now 400 pharmacies (300 owned and 100 in franchising) across the region. We are one of the top two competitors in Honduras, Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Dominican Republic. We also have smaller operations in Guatemala and Mexico.
We compete in the three segments of the market: deep discount for affluent clients with chronic ailments, convenience and full-service with MDs for the middle-lower class. However, the core of the division has always been and is the deep-discount segment.
